Old Farm | Design & Landscape is rooted in the legacy of Old Farm Nursery, a landscape design and full-service company founded more than 35 years ago. With extensive experience across landscape design, installation, and project management, each project is approached with a design-led mindset and close collaboration with architects, builders, and clients.

Every landscape begins with listening—to both the land and the client. Careful consideration is given to each site’s natural characteristics and how outdoor spaces are used, resulting in thoughtful, dynamic landscapes that feel natural, functional, and timeless. From concept through completion, clear, buildable plans translate ideas into reality while enhancing the character of the property.

A carefully curated inventory of plant material is sourced and maintained for each project, allowing landscapes to be composed with maturity and precision rather than assembled over time.
